Subscription fees are refundable within 14 days of first purchase. Per-survey and per-audit fees are non-refundable once the survey has been deployed because the AI processing has already happened. You can cancel any subscription at any time and we won't charge you again.
What is refundable
Subscription tier (Accredited / Unlimited / Business) — within 14 days of first purchase. Send us a message via the contact form and we'll process a full refund. UK consumer law gives you a statutory 14-day cancellation right and we honour it for B2B too.
CRM monthly add-on — within 14 days of first purchase. Same process; full refund.
Renewal billed in error. If you cancelled your subscription before the renewal date and were still charged, contact us and we'll refund within 5 working days.
Duplicate charges. If our payment system bills you twice for the same item, we refund the duplicate immediately.
Platform unavailable for ≥48 hours. If the platform is unreachable for more than 48 consecutive hours during your billing period, you can request a pro-rated refund or service credit.
What is not refundable
Per-survey fees once the survey has been deployed. Once a survey is live, the AI knowledge base has been queried and the deployment has consumed compute. Survey fees are non-refundable from the moment of deployment.
Per-audit report fees once the report has been generated. Same reason — the AI insights have been processed.
Subscription fees beyond the 14-day window. After 14 days, an active subscription runs to the end of the paid period (then cancels). No partial refund for unused months.
Add-on services bought from third parties. Sponsor budgets, Stripe payment processing fees, and any external training fees are governed by their own providers.
How to request a refund
Submit a refund request via the contact form with your account email and what you're refunding.
Tell us what you're refunding (subscription / survey / audit) and the date of purchase.
We'll acknowledge within 1 working day and resolve within 5 working days.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe. It typically takes 3–5 working days for the refund to appear on your statement.
How to cancel future billing
Sign in → Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access for the remainder of the period you've already paid for. There is no early-cancellation fee.
Statutory rights: Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or equivalent legislation in other jurisdictions.
