The Demo Showcase is a tab on your Dashboard that lets you preview every survey and audit template with pre-generated synthetic results. Each of the 16 templates (6 employee surveys + 9 consultant audits + Pulse Check) is available with two options: 'With AI Insights' (showing full AI-generated analysis, action plans, and recommendations) and 'Without AI' (showing the knowledge-base-powered action plan that the consultant can edit). AI Insights are included with every paid survey. It's a great way to see what your clients will receive before commissioning a real survey.

The /consultants page is a public-facing directory of behavioural safety consultants. To get listed, go to Branding & Profile in your sidebar and check 'List me in the public consultant directory'. Fill in your location, specialisms, and bio. Your listing shows your name, accreditation status, location, specialisms, number of surveys completed, and client count. Potential clients can browse the directory to find a consultant near them.

New consultants see an onboarding checklist on their dashboard with key first steps: set up your profile, add your first client, deploy your first survey, explore the demo showcase, and complete training. Each step links directly to the relevant page. The checklist disappears once you've completed the basics, but it's a great way to get started quickly.

Yes! We have a Feedback board (under Settings & Support in the sidebar) where you can submit feature requests, suggest improvements, and vote on other consultants' ideas. The most popular ideas get prioritised for development. You can track the status of every request - from New to Planned to Shipped. We actively build what our consultants ask for.
